The photo studio is available to photographers for a rental fee of $100 per hour (minimum 3 hours) with a deposit of $100.  

A printed copy of verifiable liability insurance with $2,000,000 general aggregate.

Entire rental and deposit fees are due upon reservation to hold your date.  

Limitations:  No groups over 5 participants.  No pets.  No children under the age of 7.
